I forgot to post my workout yesterday so here it is:
35 sit ups
35 lat shoulder raises
35 Russian twists
35 shoulder presses
:60 plank
25 bicep curls
25 toe lifts
25 reverse crunches
20 squats
25 in & outs
Today was rest day and I needed it. After a busy day at work I came home, got something to eat and just vegged out...sometimes you just have to.😎
